Ce cours vise à équiper les étudiants à se charger, ainsi qu’à prendre soin, d’une Église locale déjà en place ou nouvellement créée. Les participants seront amenés à comprendre le rôle des anciens, et le rôle de l’Église locale dans le but de servir celle-ci et contribuer à sa croissance.
