Description

Dans ce cours, nous allons découvrir l’art du leadership selon la Bible et l’expérience humaine. Nous considérerons que le leader est d’abord une personne appelée par Dieu, et que son appel est supporté par son caractère, qui est en accord avec les qualifications bibliques et reconnu par son Église. Ses habiletés se manifesteront par sa capacité à influencer et à diriger une équipe d’individus de façon à ce que chacun exerce à son meilleur ses dons et ses habiletés, et à les conduire tous dans la même direction.

Durant ce cours, chaque participant devra s’interroger sur son appel, son caractère et ses habiletés de leadership. À travers différents thèmes, les étudiants seront amenés à mieux comprendre les multiples enjeux du leadership ainsi que la nécessité de bien comprendre les nombreuses facettes inhérentes à la fonction et au rôle d’un leader. Les participants pourront discerner leur style de leadership et mieux appliquer leurs dons au service du Maître dans l’Église locale et/ou leur milieu de travail.
